Font - Rectangle - Ok-Organization-3135 · 1d Wearing sunscreen mostly every day. I spent so much time and money on high end skincare products in the past, and turns out that good ol' sunscreen works wonders, not to mention the health benefits of adequate sun protection.

Font - Font - bathing_in_ranch - 1d Waking up early. Not with a mega driven, "up and at 'em" productivity mindset.but just with the intention of having an hour or two in the morning to yourself. It's so much easier for me to relax and enjoy free time before the day's worries have set in. I also have energy in the morning to work on whatever/run errands if I need to, versus trying to do it when I'm exhausted after work. Not to mention the grocery stores are always empty before 9am.

Font - Font - awedball4 · 22h Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning! Takes 10 seconds and is the kindest thing you can do for your body in the morning.

Font - Font - jumpbell · 20h I quit multi-tasking. Now whenever I get anxious, 9 times out of 10 I realize I'm doing too many things at the same time and I put down everything except one task. Could be the easiest, fastest, most enjoyable, what I was doing first, whatever. I just pick one to complete, then move on to the next.

Font - Font - Mella_20 · 17h · edited 16h I heard advice from someone that was "set boundaries as if its a child you're protecting". Font - Font - DD265 · 22h Figuring out what my values are, and then if I feel 'off' at all, checking in to make sure I'm meeting them. A couple have potential to conflict (growth, and stability) and it's not realistic to nail them all 100% of the time, but my life seems better when I'm close to them and it helps decision making. I feel less guilt about diverting resources (time/money/energy) to meeting my values than I do on mindless splurging or vegging in front of the TV.

Font - Font - Mighty_jelly · 17h Prioritizing myself and not making it an * aesthetic statement* but something I take for granted now. Take a bubble bath every day and don't take any "lifestyle pics" or any philosophy out of it. It should be normal, wanting to live a pleasant life.

Font - Font - Serious_Blueberry_38 · 15h Giving yourself some grace. You missed a workout or didn't clean up right away or whatever it's ok. It doesn't all have to be done today and sometimes you have to pick and choose what is going to get done today because there aren't always enough hours and minutes to do it all.

Font - tdombrow · 12h Talk yourself out of talking yourself out of things. I have really bad social anxiety and I kinda hate it. I will use any excuse I can think of to avoid being with people that I really do love and adore. I now make try to talk myself out of finding excuses and since then, I have had way more adventures in life than I would have otherwise.
